Delivery
At Sherman & Young Timber, we’re proud to provide a dependable delivery service across the North West, ensuring your timber and building materials reach you safely and on time. We also offer nationwide delivery for a carefully selected range of products – this includes our Worktops and Composites collections, making it easier than ever for customers outside the region to access these premium items. Whether you’re local or further afield, our team will ensure your order is handled with the same care and attention that has earned us the trust of trade professionals and the public for over 50 years.
All deliveries are anticipated to be made within 5 working days of order placed, dependant on stock levels. This excludes the following ranges – “Composite Prime” “Senses Worksurfaces”.
If you wish to request a certain delivery date, we require a minimum of 7 working days in advance of placing your order (Monday – Friday)
Fast Delivery Straight To Your Door
Unloading may require the assistance of a physically fit adult at the point of delivery.
Sherman & Young Timber Ltd are not permitted to enter private residences.
Payment
We accept Visa / Mastercard / Google Pay / Apple Pay.
Time
Weekdays – Deliveries take place on a full day slot between 08:00 & 16:30 | Saturday – Deliveries take place between 08:30 & 11:30.
Collections
All Collection orders will be processed & allocated according to stock levels. Please note – your order will need to be collected from our Wigan Depot – WN4 0JX. Please do not attend until you have received your order confirmation confirming a date & time it will be ready.
